Shipping and Returns
We aim to make your experience shopping with us pleasant. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase from Fijoo, you may request a return for a full refund within the 7 days of the date of purchase. Please take the time to read this page before returning your Fijoo product so that you can be confident you followed our return policy instructions correctly.
The Fijoo product must be postmarked no later than 7 days after the date of purchase for a full product refund. Customer will pay for all cost of all returns unless there is an issue with the product itself. Sorry: No refunds will be granted for any Fijoo product damaged by accident, neglect, unreasonable use or lost in the post.
Which shipping method and carrier do you use for shipping within the India?
We ship using joint services from the best shipping providers in India. Orders are shipped within 24 hours, given there are no issues with payment processing or it is not a weekend or Government Holiday. You will receive an email from Fijoo with a tracking number once your order ships. Your order will delivery within 5 to 7 working days after it has been shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not ship outside the India.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Fijoo accepts a number of credit cards and online payment methods. Payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Rupay, UPI and more.
I just placed an order. What happens next?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to one business day (excluding weekends) for your order to be processed.
Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to three business days for your package to show “In Transit” by the carrier. You will be able to check the status at least 24 hours prior to delivery.
At any point you can login to a Fijoo account to obtain tracking information and have access to customer only discounts. Please make sure to use the SAME email you provided when you placed your order.

You can modify your order if it has not yet been packed or shipped.
